Return & Refund Policy

INEWER wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first before returning any item.

Return Window

Standard-size dresses and eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom and Altered Items

Custom-sized, made-to-order, or altered dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you choose to alter the dress locally instead of returning it, we may reimburse 15%–25% of the dress price, depending on the situation.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, or stains
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories

We may refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of:

- The original packaging
- The damaged or defective area
- The item tags

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping

For returns not caused by product defects or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping method. INEWER is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

How to Return

Do not send items back to the address on the package.

Please contact us first at service@inewerfashion.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
