Our dresses are made in US standard sizing. Please take your own bust, waist, and hip measurements and compare them with the chart below.

Note: UK and EU sizes are approximate conversions. For the best fit, compare your actual bust, waist, and hip measurements with the INEWER size chart. If your measurements fall between two sizes, Custom Size may offer a closer fit.

Dress Length Chart

Note: Dress length is measured barefoot. For floor-length styles, please also consider your shoe heel height when choosing standard size or Custom Size.

How to Measure: measure over the undergarments you plan to wear and keep the tape level, close, and comfortable. Height: stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, and measure from the top of your head to the floor. Hollow to Floor: stand straight with feet together, measure in bare feet, and start at the hollow between your collarbones and measure straight down to the floor. Bust: this is not your bra size, wear an unpadded bra, relax your arms at your sides, and measure around the fullest part of your bust. Waist: find your natural waist and keep the tape slightly loose for breathing room. Hips: find the widest part of your hips and keep the tape level around your body. Shoe Heel Height: measure the heel height of the shoes you plan to wear.

Choose by the Measurement That Matters Most

Use your bust, waist, hips, and height together to understand where fit matters most. These notes are meant to help you compare silhouettes, not limit what you can wear.

  • Fuller Bust

    Use your bust measurement as the first fit checkpoint. Structured bodices, corset backs, and lace-up details may offer different levels of support or adjustability, while fitted necklines should leave comfortable room across the fullest part of the bust.

  • Fuller Hips

    Use your hip measurement as an important fit checkpoint. A-Line skirts may feel more relaxed through the hip area, while mermaid or sheath silhouettes are designed to fit closer and should be checked carefully against your hip measurement.

  • Defined Waist

    Use your waist measurement together with bust and hips before choosing a standard size. Corset, A-Line, and mermaid silhouettes can each shape the waist differently, so compare all key measurements before deciding.

  • Straighter Shape

    If your bust, waist, and hips are closer in measurement, focus on how much shape or ease you want from the dress. Waist details, pleating, ruching, or fuller skirts can change how the dress sits on the body.

  • Shorter Height / Petite Fit

    Check height, Hollow to Floor, and shoe heel height before ordering long dresses. Shorter styles may need fewer length adjustments, while Custom Size can help make floor-length styles more precise.

Custom Size Guidance

Custom Size is a good choice when your measurements do not align with one standard size, or when you want the dress made closer to your submitted measurements. Bust, waist, hips, and height are required. Hollow to Floor and shoe heel height are recommended for floor-length styles.

Do I choose my usual US dress size?
Use the INEWER size chart instead of your everyday dress size. Formal dress sizing can fit differently from regular clothing.
What if my bust, waist, and hips match different sizes?
Choose the size that fits your largest key measurement, or choose Custom Size for a closer made-to-measure fit.
Should I measure with shoes on?
For height and Hollow to Floor, stand straight and measure barefoot. Share your shoe heel height separately if you want a more precise finished length.
Do I need Hollow to Floor for short dresses?
Usually no. Hollow to Floor is most helpful for floor-length and ankle-length dresses.
Are all INEWER dresses stretchy?
No. Stretch depends on the fabric and construction of each dress. If the product uses satin, chiffon, lace, sequins, tulle, or another non-stretch fabric, measure carefully and avoid choosing a size that is too tight.
When should I choose Custom Size?
Choose Custom Size if your measurements are split across several standard sizes, if you are between sizes, or if length is especially important for your event look.
