Return & Refund Policy – INEWER

INEWER always prioritizes your satisfaction. If there is a problem with the product, we will provide the clearest and most convenient return service. Please carefully understand the following instructions before initiating the return process.

We can reimburse you for local alterations instead of a return.

For standard-size dresses: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, INEWER will issue a full refund, including shipping fees, provided you submit photos showing the issue.

If there is no quality problem, but you are simply unsatisfied or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If your dress arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund (see Section 5 below).


1. Return Window (Non-Custom Items Only)

For standard-size dresses (not custom-made) and accessories:

- 30 days from the date you receive your order

Custom-made or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned (see Section 2).

Please report any after-sales issues within 7 days of delivery. Also note that due to handmade craftsmanship and different production batches, lace patterns and appliqués may vary slightly — these are not considered defects.


2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items – No Returns

Personalized items we cannot resell – created uniquely for you after you place your order.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

- Custom-sized dresses (where you provided specific measurements)

- Any dress that a third party has altered

If you choose to have the dress altered independently, we will reimburse you between 15% and 25% of the dress price.

3. Return Requirements (For Eligible Items)

To qualify for a return & refund, the item must:

- Be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with no perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains

- Have all original tags attached

- Be returned in original packaging. Please include all original accessories (such as scarf, corset lace, etc.).

- Be free of pet hair, smoke, or other odors

We will refuse returns that show any signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.


4. How to Initiate a Return

Do not return items directly to the address on the package.

You must contact our customer service team first:

(Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.)

Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a dress that is:

- Damaged (tears, stains, broken zipper)

- Defective (sewing errors, missing beads/embroidery)

- The wrong style or color

Please take clear photos of:

- The original packaging

- The damage or defect

- The item’s tags

We will process a free replacement or full refund (including any shipping fees you paid). In these cases, we will also cover return shipping.


6. Return Shipping & Liability

- For non-defective returns (if we approve a return for standard-size items): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- INEWER is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping – keep your receipt and tracking number.


7. Refund Processing Time

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

- Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.
