Check your dress after delivery

After your dress arrives, try it on carefully and check the fit, fabric, zipper, lace-up back, straps, and embellishments before your event date. If anything looks incorrect or damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible.

Lace-up back

Loosen the laces before putting on the dress, then tighten them evenly from top to bottom. The bodice should feel secure without pulling or twisting the fabric.

Wrinkles and steaming

Some wrinkles can appear during shipping. Use gentle steam from a safe distance and avoid direct high heat, especially on satin, chiffon, sequins, lace, or beaded details.

Hand wash and care

For delicate formal dresses, spot cleaning or professional cleaning is usually safest. If hand washing is needed, use cold water and mild detergent, avoid rubbing embellishments, and air dry carefully.
