The cap sleeves are soft and do not dig into my shoulders. The side slit and ruffle detail gives the long dress a lighter look. The color is a warm rich brown, exactly as shown. I picked black for my son’s wedding. It arrived safely and neatly folded. There were only small wrinkles, which smoothed out quickly with steam. The satin material feels nice and soft. Overall a wonderful purchase for such an important occasion.
